The Housing Authority of Snohomish County (HASCO) is planning to redevelop the Pinewood & Timberglen properties located at 5710 & 5714, 200th Street in South Lynnwood Washington. We are seeking input from current Lynnwood residents and potential future residents to ensure the design will meet the housing needs of the community.
Project Background: The above properties have exceeded their useful lifespan and will be redeveloped as one new project to serve low-income residents. The project aims to include 100 - 110 units. Unit types will include studios, 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms. Units will be restricted to those earning below 60% of the Snohomish County Median Family Income.
Survey: This survey should take about 10-15 minutes to complete. Your responses will be anonymous and help the project team to better understand housing preferences.
