El autor del artículo, Peter Kelley, explica cómo "Reyes ve muy claramente las inequidades de la salud comunitaria para las poblaciones de bajos ingresos, inmigrantes y personas mayores", que Reyes complementa con sus propios comentarios al afirmar que "cuanto más educamos a los jóvenes profesionales sobre cómo realmente contribuir a la justicia social, mayor será el impacto que vamos a tener en la comunidad para el cambio".
