The Employment Security Department is seeking full time, non-permanent staff to assist unemployed workers with their benefits claims.

These virtual (remote) positions will work within our unemployment benefits Claims Center. In addition to meeting the qualifications, if you are bilingual or multi-lingual, you can earn an additional 5% salary premium. If you can speak, read and write fluently in English and any of these languages, we encourage you to apply: Vietnamese, Spanish, Russian, Korean, Somali, Marshallese, Chuukese, Kosraean, or Ukrainian

These positions process multiple types of unemployment insurance claims. They supply information to help with decisions about monetary re-determinations and assist in resolving issues that may affect timely and accurate payments. Strong customer service skills are a must, as this position greets customers by telephone, determines their needs, assists with claim issues, answers questions and reopens claims. Salary $38,592 - $50,256 annually.
